CONDITIONS OF RETURN

When returning an item, please ensure you provide a copy of your proof of purchase.

If the item you chose is incorrect, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  The item must not be used, in the original packaging (no damage).  If your item was specially ordered, it is unable to be returned.

ASSESSMENT OF RETURN

If an item is faulty, an assessment may need to be conducted to determine the nature / extent of the fault.  The item may be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.

REFUNDS

If the item you chose is incorrect and adheres to the return conditions, a refund (excluding shipping fees and a 10% administration fee) or an exchange item will be provided.

If the item you received does not match your order, the correct item will be exchanged or a full refund will be provided.

CANCELLATION

G & T Engine Reconditioning & Automotive reserve the right to cancel an order for, but not limited to, the below:

- The item/s are being purchased for the purpose of resale or re-supply;

- The item/s are no longer available / unable to be supplied;

- An error has occurred regarding pricing or item description.

In the event of a cancelled order, G & T will refund the amount paid.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

G & T Engine Reconditioning & Automotive will not be liable for any installation / fitting services provided by a third party.

G & T Engine Reconditioning & Automotive will not be liable for damage, loss or injury suffered as a result of non-compliance with usage or installation / fitting of the item, modifying the item, failing to appropriately maintain / store the item, or using the item for an unintended purpose/s.

The warranty period for all items (unless otherwise stated) is 6 months.  Warranty will be void in the instance of non-compliance, modification, inappropriate storage, or misuse of the item.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available for all item/s (within Australia).  Orders made by 2pm will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.  If unavailable, you will be notified of the approximate shipping date.

G & T Engine Reconditioning & Automotive is not responsible for any loss / damage to an item/s once the delivery process has initiated, and after delivery has been made.

Delivery timeframes will vary with Australia Post, TOLL, etc.  G & T Engine Reconditioning & Automotive endeavour for your order to arrive within 3 - 5 business days from shipment.

Local delivery is available for specific suburbs of Logan and is a flat fee of $10.

Pickup from our workshop is also available, and you will be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
